I had a really bad experience with the service from the beginning to the end! I ordered three products from Paria, but the sizes were all off, so I needed to return them and get my money back. The whole process, from placing the order to finally receiving a refund, dragged on for five months and involved about 13 follow-up emails, with no genuine apology offered. I definitely wouldn't suggest this!

I bought a sherpa jacket during the Black Friday sales. After a week, I reached out to find out when it would be shipped. They assured me it would go out that day. A week later, still nothing, so I followed up again, only to learn there was a problem with their inventory and they didn’t have any left, so they processed a refund. A few days after that, their site showed they had stock. Someone got in touch and said they’d investigate and get back to me... Still waiting.

This company is really lacking in customer service and makes a lot of empty promises.
